RECEPTIONIST - Seeking FT, PT & CS

Yorkton Crossing Retirement Community, a stunning new 79 suite Personal Care and Memory Care community is seeking a warm, hospitality motivated individual to serve as one of our receptionists.  

Shift hours fall between 8am & 8pm - 7 days per week

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: graciously greeting residents and visitors; answering the telephone and directing calls or messages promptly and effectively; conducting tours to prospective residents and/or their family members; performing clerical functions such as maintaining files, recording and reporting deposits received; maintaining clean and presentable main areas of use, and occasionally assisting in the dining room or at events as required.

Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word and Power Point, with a desire to serve are essential!

Position: FULL TIME, PART TIME & CASUAL positions available.

Age requirements: Must be at least 18 years old

Able to speak and write in English.

This position is DAYS, EVENINGS and WEEKENDS.

Flexibility is an asset.

A current criminal record check including vulnerable sector check is required for a successful hire.
