Description

March Consulting Associates Inc. is a multi-discipline engineering, project and construction management provider based in downtown Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. March Consulting specializes in the mining sector, most notably potash and uranium mining and refining.

Main duties to include the following:
- In coordination with the technical team, prepare and respond to all proposals, to ensure it meets Marchs processes and standards
- Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures
- Review and provide input to sales reports
- Track and coordinate all project progress reports with Project Controls personnel
- Maintain customer records for internal customer relations database including recording new customers and design wins
- Perform clerical duties as required, cover Executive Assistant duties while she is on vacation or personal leave
- Coordinate travel arrangements, complete booking and registration for conferences, for employee training and  testing, and for various events, if required
- Assist project management processes to collate tracking; facilitate purchasing authorizations and expenditures
- Assist support staff, provide coverage, organize catering and other general office related requirements

Employment requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in public administration, marketing/sales or a related discipline is considered an asset
- Advanced practical experience with all aspects of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of vital importance
- Strong attention to detail very important
- Must be personable and able to build harmonious working relationships with clients, coworkers and the public
- Keen interest to learn about our clients, our business and the mining and engineering sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
