The Role You Will Play:

- Develop and maintain effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Manage annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organizations financial and operational objectives.
- Maintain an inventory of parts that matches the requirements of the dealership and customers.
- Work closely with staff to promote the importance of customer satisfaction; to build teamwork within the department to elevate dealership image to employees, customers and the community.
- Provide a working environment free from recognized health and safety hazards in accordance with all Saskatchewan legislation requirements.

Background Profile:

- An ideal candidate would possess previous parts experience and knowledge of agricultural equipment and practices.
- Exceptional leadership, mentorship and team building skills.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and precise communication (verbal/written) skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous management experience considered an asset.
