Description

Bourgault is looking for a motivated and customer oriented IT Tech to join our team in St. Brieux. This position is responsible for providing computer hardware and software maintenance, support and training to Bourgault team members.

Responsibilities:
- Resolve Helpdesk issues ie. Computer/Printer issues
- Day to day IT tasks such as ordering hardware/software
- Maintaining Bourgault conference rooms, audio and video equipment
- Other IT operations as required
- Perform hardware & software maintenance and provide support to internal customers
- Make recommendations to the IT team on planning of future IT resources
- Maintain sufficient inventories of parts and consumables
- Provide IT services in an effective and cooperative manner to ensure quality access to tech services available on our network

Qualifications:
- 2 year computer tech certificate/diploma
- 1-2 years of relevant IT experience is desired
- Sound knowledge of computer technology, both hardware and software
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Effective customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
