Guardian Radiology is accepting applications for Bookkeeper/Data Entry Clerk. Part-time positions available.
The successful candidate will possess:
Strong understanding of financial documents and the accounting cycle
Experience with Sage Accounting software
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Proven proficiency with computers, the ability to quickly learn and use new programs.
Keen attention to accuracy and detail, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must demonstrate effective organization and time management skills with the proven ability to multitask.
Diploma or Degree with specialization in accounting or bookkeeping would be considered an asset
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Working closely with finance department/management
Reporting to the finance manager
Data entry/Bookkeeping
Accounts receivable/payable
Account reconciliations
Financial Reporting
Assist with biweekly payroll entry
Other accounting and administrative duties as required
