Yorkton Toyota, a member of the Key Auto Group is looking for an experienced General/Sales Manager to join its growing team.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire dealership (fixed and variable operations) while strategically considering how to advance a culture that promotes superior customer service, efficiency, courtesy, learning, integrity, and safety.
The General/Sales Manager will work collectively with the Key Auto Group Leadership Team to establish and implement strategy. Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Enhance dealership reputation exploring opportunities to add value to the customer experience.
- Planning, motivating and coordinating the dealerships management and staff. This involves collaborating with the Leadership Team on Strategic Planning and Budget Forecasting with an eye for continuous risk management.
- Represent the dealership in various areas, maintain a strong relationship with major customers, the manufacturer, shareholders, lending institutions and the local community.
- Monthly review of departmental forecasts and where necessary, implementation of plans to ensure consistency with projections and profitability.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure that records, contact information, and analyses are correctly collected and maintained with consideration given to respect for information and both internal and external client confidentiality.
- Focus on customer concerns that department managers are unable to rectify.
