The Key Auto Group (Yorkton) is seeking a dynamic, focussed, and customer oriented leader to assume a Service Manager position within our team.
The Service Manager will be responsible for leading service staff to be top performers through coaching and training.
A priority responsibility will be providing excellent customer service by offering an efficient and friendly repair order process to staff and customers alike.
Accountable for the reputation, efficiency, and profitability of this department, the Service Manager is expected to uphold the highest ethical and safety standards.
This individual will work closely with the General Manager to ensure adherence to service budget, dealership goals, targets, and OEM requirements. In addition, this position will maintain the lead on warranty administration and within the dealership.
