RescueTECH is one of Regina's best rated PC and Mac repair shops.  We service all make and model of desktop and laptop computers.  We also provide onsite service to both home and business users.  We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our repair team.
Duties and job requirements
Primary duties include the diagnose, troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software problems on Windows and Apple computers.  Onsite tech service for home and business users as required (this is secondary, position is primarily in house 95% of the time).

In the course of carrying out your duties you will keeping work and front end areas clean and in good order. Handle payments ie, cash and card transactions. Prepare cost estimates for clients. Complete works orders, document work and invoice customers for work undertaken.
Interact with the general public in person, on the phone, online and offsite at client locations (when required).
Some lifting will be required ie, moving desktop computers and monitors.
MUST HAVES
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE POSITION.
Must be familiar with working with and troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS systems.  Experience installing and replacing parts as needed.  OS installs, Malware cleanups, etc.
The successful candidate, in the course of their duties, will be required to interact with general users who have little or no knowledge of information technology.  Therefore they must be personable, patient, have excellent customer service skills, and a positive attitude.
Must have an interest in Information Technology and the ability to work with others, and the general public (in person, on the phone and occasionally online).
Must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, consistent, and have the ability to work independently.
You must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a criminal back ground check.
