Our client, a major plant-based food ingredient company, is currently seeking Experienced Plant Operators to join their growing team in Saskatchewan

Responsibilities:
-Operate processing equipment to optimize yield and efficiency according to procedural specifications.
-Achieve high standards of quality control and customer specifications.
-Perform minor service and maintenance on equipment as required.
-Conduct product sampling and analysis and maintain associated documentation.  
-Minimize operational downtime through proper procedures.
-Maintain a safe, clean and efficient work area.

Qualifications:
The successful candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of plant operating experience in milling of flour or pulses, a demonstrated commitment to working safely, availability to work shift work and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Maintenance and mechanical/engineering skills are important.
