Reporting to the Board of Directors the Executive Director is responsible for executing Camponis mission, vision and strategic plan. This person is accountable for the strategic and operational plans, the financial goals and all objectives and strategies to achieve positive business results while ensuring adherence to corporates policies while monitoring the organizations overall policy, governance and internal controls for improvement opportunities and effective functioning.

QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelors Degree or similar with a focus in Business, Finance or Management
    5 plus years in a Sr. management role
    Strong leadership and staff management experience including recruiting, training and developing a high performing staff
    Business acumen with proficient understanding of financial literacy
    Experience dealing with positive and effective change management
    An expert in stakeholder engagement and strong skills in advocacy, policy development and advancement.
    Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating programs and services is an asset.
    Experience and expertise working across levels of government
    A willingness to understand housing issues from both business and social perspectives and the importance of housing to community its impacts.
    Familiarity with the rules and regulations related to the housing sector
    Computer literacy  proficient in various office software
    Possession of valid drivers license and vehicle
