Girard Bulk Services Ltd., a division of Hancock petroleum Inc., is currently seeking a full time, permanent Lead Administrator in our Carlyle office.
As the lead administrator you will report directly to our Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the daily administrative functions of the Carlyle office.
Provide assistance to satellite offices/sites
Account analysis
Daily fuel tank reconciliations.
Month end reconciliations
Invoicing
Processing truck tickets
Inventory control
Additional duties assigned by management
We are searching for a mature individual that possesses the following skills:
Strong computer accounting software and mathematical problem solving skills
Ability to produce accurate and timely work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge in the functions of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Leadership
3 or more years experience in a senior administration role
Girard Bulk Services offers a competitive salary, a group benefit package and an employee pension plan. This position is Monday to Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
