Inland Aggregates is seeking a qualified Production Superintendent.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position ensures the day-to-day production process is optimized and runs efficiently with both internal and subcontracted activities at the designated aggregates operations.  This position is based out of Saskatoon.

What you'll get to do:
Plans and schedules plant production based on maximizing productivity and best utilization of manpower, resources and equipment
Supervises and directs production crews to complete tasks required and communicates annual and daily performance targets
Reports daily production as well as tracks KPI'ss of plant performance
Ensures material production meets quality control standards
Assist in accessing and optimizing the usage of existing reserves
Schedule plant and mobile repair and maintenance internally and with outside vendors
Ensures proper staffing levels are kept for the efficiency of the plants at all times
Promotes safe work habits and provides safe working conditions  lead daily tailgate meetings, ensure job tasks are completed as per job procedures, and demonstrates leadership towards all company safety policies

Who we are looking for:
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Minimum 5 years in aggregate mining / production
Mechanical experience with process equipment (i.e. jaw crushers, cone crushers, screens, classifiers, etc.) is required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Able to proactively manage health & safety of employees to continuously improve the company'ss health & safety performance
Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft software programs (Excel and Word)
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
