The Ideal Candidate:
Documented success as a seasoned automotive sales vet
Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License upon employment
Demonstrated CRM knowledge (still only mildly techy)
Build relationships that yield high customer satisfaction ratings
Exceptionally strong closing, coaching, and training skills
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Upbeat personality with the novel ability to talk to real people
Duties and Responsibilities:
Hop on the website and ensure our vehicle listings are up-to-date and priced correctly
Handle email, phone and internet leads with immediacy and consistency
Receive the most leads at the dealership and convert on finding the right deal for the customer
Film walk arounds and vehicle features to show off our models, your knowledge and personality
Work with Riley Riffel our Internet Sales Director (whos awesome by the way) to execute our industry-leading sales processes
