Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
The successful candidate will:
- act as the liaison between the customer and technician
- review required maintenance with customers using vehicle service history
- advise customers of necessary or suggested services
- communicate with the customer throughout the repair process.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must, along with a willingness to learn and grow; attention to detail, and passion to excel, above and beyond.
