Lloydminster & District Co-operative Ltd. is looking to fill the position of full-time, permanent Customer Service Representative for an Ag Facility.
Main Job Responsibilities
* Ensures a high level of prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.
* Operation of customer service counter and cash register.
* Receiving stock, pricing, coding, Vista Receiving book, claims, sales, transfers and cutoff reports.
* Responsible for mail delivery and pickup.
* Completes daily cash reconciliation.
* Responsible for ensuring that adequate credit is available when transacting FCC transactions.
* Maintain proper housekeeping on display shelves to include product facing.
* Unpack and check freight for the store upon arrival in an organized manner.
* cross train in other areas & performs other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
* Some heavy lifting required up to 50 lbs., requesting support as needed.
* forklift certification
Education or Experience
* no experience required; willing to train the right candidate
* Grade 10 or equivalent
* Prior retail experience in an agricultural environment would be considered an asset
* Previous customer service background would be considered an asset
