Responsibilities:

As a member of the human resources team, the HR Analyst is responsible for supporting operations, projects and initiatives for all human resource areas through ongoing client service, research and project development.
The purpose of this position is to provide ongoing support for operations and project development across a variety of HR specializations including recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, diversity, employee and labour relations, HRIS systems and data, workforce planning initiatives and learning and development.

Qualifications:

A relevant post-secondary diploma with focused training in human resource management (HRM), and two years of HR experience or a combination of education and experience will be considered. A professional human resources designation and experience working in a unionized setting would be an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems is required.
