(SHPI) serves Saskatchewan as the leading distributor of medical, surgical & home care supplies to health care consumers & facilities, offering quality brand name products along with personalized & professional service. We are hiring key individuals for a new Home Healthcare retail store opening in Sutherland this spring.

Summary
SHPI is seeking a customer service focused Retail Customer Service Representative to provide face-to-face & phone support to our customers concerning products & their applications. Duties will include assisting customers with product needs, follow-up on orders, filing, product research, maintaining store front, & shipping & receiving merchandise. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision.

Duties
Ability to assess customer's needs & recommend solutions,
Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers in all areas of the store,
Pro-actively build & maintain customer relationships,
Accurate entry, billing, & payment processing of customer orders,
Respond to all customer inquiries in a respectful & timely manner,
Ensure newly-received product is stocked & stored properly,
Ensure adherence to SHPI sales policies & procedures,
Ensure opening & closing procedures are adhered to, &
Ability to lift & handle products weighing up to 40 lbs.

Experience
Minimum of 4 years of retail customer service experience,
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Programs, E-mail, & Internet,
Proficient organization & time management skills,
Strong written & oral communication skills,
Excellent problem solving skills,
Existing Medical & Home Care product knowledge is preferred, &
Specialized experience with Compression Garments, Ostomy, Skin, Wound, & Continence Care is an asset.

Salary will be based on qualification & experience & will include a complete company benefit package with an available annual performance bonus.
