Qualifications:
-student returning to classes in the fall.
-Early Childhood Certificate or Diploma, or equivalent area of study.
-First Aid & CPR Level B Certificate or willingness to attain.
-Satisfactory Criminal Record Check complete with Vulnerable Sector Check.
-Willingness to work with any age group.
ECE Skills:
-Knowledge and ability to program within a play-based curriculum.
-Encourage child-led play and exploration while building on their interests.
-Demonstrates knowledge of appropriate child development.
-Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities.
-Knowledge and application of Child Care Regulations.
-Provide a nurturing atmosphere that encourages creative expression through art, dramatic play and music.
