Job details
Reporting to the service manager, the Warranty Administrator is responsible for promptly &
courteously serving all service customers. This person will ensure they accurately process all
manufacturers warranty claims, meet performance objectives, and process customer invoice
payments in a friendly, timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Completion of Nissan online training for warranty policies and procedures
Verify claim information
Submit claims
Correct claims
Manage warranty receivable/ reconcile payments to warranty AR
Hours of work: 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
