Description

Praxis Consulting is looking to hire a Consultant to assist the firm in the general areas of data analytics, research, strategy services, planning, and project management and oversight. The position will assume primarily a project delivery role within the Praxis team and be instrumental in supporting and/or working on all three areas of research, planning, and project management.

We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, self-managed, energetic, and passionate about business development. The successful candidate will be working within and for some of Saskatchewans foremost companies, organizations, sectors, industries, community leaders, and business minds, as well as multiple different Praxis Associates, depending upon the specific project.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Hold a University degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, etc.).  
- Have obtained 3-5+ years of relevant previous experience in the managing of projects through to completion.  
- Have clear and demonstrated strengths in research design methodologies, as well as survey design and field work.
- Experience in conducting demographic analysis and research, as well as related statistical applications.
- Knowledge and expertise in conducting economic analysis, data gathering, forecasting, and predictive modeling.    
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively within verbal, written, and presentation formats.
- Be comfortable in developing and growing business relationships and deal-development opportunities.    
- Have a clear ability to contribute critical strategic thinking and analytical skills to various business sectors.
- Depth of experience in maintaining professional relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
