Applicants must have computer skills and experience with Quick Books accounting program, as well as basic accounting knowledge and experience. Good working knowledge of all Microsoft office Programs is required.
The successful candidate must have good customer service and telephone skills.
Duties Include:
Answering all incoming calls and taking messages when required.
Helping with daily sales when we are busy.
Keeping inventory of all boats in stock, and creating all sales packages for new and used boat sales.
Warranty registering all new boat, motor and trailer sales.
Balancing the till and reconciling the bank statements each month.
Remittance of all GST, PST and Corporation tax.
Payroll
Receiving mail
Imputing all invoices into Quick books and sending out payment
Filing
Bank Deposits
