Work experience required -
minimum of 2 years serving experience
SIP course preferred
We are looking to hire multiple people in both part-time and full-time positions.
Servers must be 19 or older.
Servers with experience in bartending and barista are not required but are preferred.
We are building our new location and will be hiring and training mid April. Opening for service end of April.
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills
- Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware
Essential Skills
- Oral communication
- Working with others
Additional Skills
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Customer service oriented
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
