The Role:
Maintain and expand key client relationships and act as a consultative technical resource and valued business partner
Meet customer satisfaction goals by proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns
Maintain customer records in the CRM to ensure up to date and accurate customer profiles
Generate forecasts, prepare status reports, client quotes and quality documentation
Identifying and pursue new business opportunities
Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, and tools
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 2 years of progressive account management experience complemented by a relevant post secondary education
Professional business to business sales experience related to technology, professional services or business products is considered a strong asset
Proven negotiating and objection handling skills
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Ability to conduct business analysis and develop client specific solutions
Strong presentation and proposal development skills
Persistent, dedicated and focused on attaining revenue requirements
