The LRRHA is currently recruiting for a permanent full-time Tenant Relations and Administrative Officer to join the housing authority.  If you are ambitious, provide superior customer service, are skilled in administration, and have a passion for helping others, this could be the job for you!

What youll do:
Review and recommend housing applications
Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, collect rents
Handle tenant-related issues and concerns
Provide administrative support to the office
Provide backup to the Administrative Assistant when required

Customer service skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Oral and written communication skills
Competent in using computers and technology
Ability to maintain confidentiality

What youll need:
Minimum Grade 12 education with experience in a property management environment, or equivalent
Respect for the diversity of others
Valid Class 5 Drivers License
