Brandt Tractor currently has a position available for a LEAN Process Analyst in our Regina Pinkie Road location.

This position is responsible for investigating, documenting, and facilitating business improvements that result in simplified, streamlined, and standardized business processes across the organization. Problem solving skills and the ability to challenge existing processes with a clear focus on continuous improvement will be required. Excellent communication and organizational skills will be critical to effectively engaging various functional stakeholders at all levels. Strong presentation skills and specific LEAN or process improvement related experiences are considered assets for the position. Interested candidates should possess solid computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
