Description

Brandt Agricultural Products is currently seeking a Fabrication Cell Leader to be located at our Pinkie Road facility.  The successful candidate will be responsible for following each weeks production schedule and ensuring production orders are completed on time and meet the current standards.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Help mentor new/current welders to ensure all production procedures and safe work practices are followed
    Follow production schedule as laid out by foreman
    Bring new cost saving ideas to the attention of the Fabrication Supervisors and/or Fabrication Manager
    Ensure all products are built to Brandt standards
    Promote/practice 5S/lean initiatives
    Report any unsafe actions, damage to company property, negative talk, to the Fabrication Supervisors and/or Fabrication Manager
    Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
    The Fabrication Cell Leader will report directly to the Fabrication Foreman
    Keep the Foreman and Supervisors aware of the status of the production schedule
    Ensure 5S standard work agreements are being adhered to for each area owner
    Be aware that this is a working position.  Current production levels are expected to be maintained
    Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines
    Must be a self-motivator
    Able to work independently.
