We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client, a leader in their industry.
Reception
- Greet incoming customers and visitors in a professional manner;
- Telephone reception support: answer calls, relay messages and respond to general enquiries;
Administration
Administrative support to the Branch Manager and staff, including:
- Word processing, general correspondence, and purchase orders.
- Prepare/work with spreadsheet documents;
- Provide general office support in the areas of mail, courier, fax, email, office supplies and equipment, electronic and hard copy filing, and other related duties.
