Description

The Manager, Policy & Regulations manages and provides leadership in the development and maintenance of appropriate rate structures and Corporate business policies that support and enhance the provision of TransGas' services. This position ensures the rate design process promotes and preserves the inherent stability of TransGas, consumer and producer companies and represents a fair and equitable charge to the various customer groups.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce or Engineering.

Experience:
- Five (5) years rate and regulatory experience with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of transmission and distribution practices and operations, as well as Utility regulatory practices and cost of service methodologies and rate design.

Alternative Education/Experience:
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Information:
- Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required.
