Napa Auto Parts/Traction in Prince Albert is looking for a full time administrative assistant. Applicant must have experience in balancing cash, bank deposits, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Applicant must have advanced computer skills and knowledge. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must. Ability to do data entry, preparation/creation/modification of documents, filing, scanning, emailing, faxing etc. Must have good customer service & good communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task is required.
