Works with minimal supervision under the direction of the Head Cook.
Prepares and cooks vegetable, meats, sauces, desserts, snack items etc.
Reads menus, recipes, food preparation methods: determines quantity of ingredients.
Serves meals and nourishments.
Cleans and sanitizes work area.
Must be available to work weekends. Shifts are: 6:00am-2:00pm & 10:30am-6:30pm
Successful completion of FoodSafe Level 1
Possess a current Criminal Record check.
