A+D Fresh Market is a new boutique grocery store coming to Pilot Butte, that is looking to offer all your essentials with the ultimate customer service experience. We are looking for individuals to be a part of our team who are passionate about food, customer service, and the community. The selected individuals must be able to work as a team with all areas of A+D Fresh Market.
Our Deli Associate at A+D Fresh Market you will be responsible for working closely with Store Managers and all other team members to fulfill the day to day responsibilities of the job. The Deli Associate will demonstrate an overall knowledge of programs and operations to include, but not limited to, slicing, packaging of meats/cheeses, sandwiches, salads, and the preparation of ready to eat meals. Our guests of A+D Fresh Market come to our store for more than just wonderful sandwiches, bakery, and food but the experience they are being provided.They will be passionately dedicated and personally invested in creating a warm and safe environment for our customers and store employees.
Qualifications
Culturally, we place a heavy emphasis on quality of life for every associate within the organization, all employees within A+D Fresh Market must be willing to be cross-trained to work efficiently with the whole team. The ability to be a team player is essential within all roles inside of A+D Fresh Market. Previous experience in the food, grocery, deli, or retail industry is necessary for this position. Candidates should be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment always with all levels of employees. Demonstrated excellent people skills are required for all positions at A+D Fresh Market. The job requires standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects. Weekend, evening and holiday work may be required in the position.
