Financial Service Representatives (Telephone Banking) Outbound and Inbound
- Flexibility to accommodate rotational shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- The primary targeted start date is April / May 2018
- This is a Full Time, Permanent position. (37.5 hours per week).
- Relocation assistance is not available with this opportunity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required
- Strong sales intuition
- Banking / financial institution experience will be considered an asset
- Superior verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated by targets and achieving results
- Strong accountability and confidence
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task within an ever-changing environment
- Intermediate level of computer literacy, primarily within a Windows-based environment
