Perform drug and alcohol, audiometric, respirator fit, and spirometry testing
Provide on-site service at customer location as required.
Maintaining an up to date database of client testing policies.
Assist with policy and procedure and document development and/or revision of existing policies and procedures that fall within the scope of this position.
Help to insure that privacy rights of clients are respected.
General Duties
Maintain a clean, neat, and safe environment for client and staff according to policy and procedure.
Ensure adequate availability of supplies and equipment avoiding waste of resources.
Follow procedures for obtaining and returning or cleaning and disposing of equipment and supplies.
Answer and refer telephone calls or other inquires to ensure accurate and timely communications are facilitated.
Provide site tours to new clients.
Investigate and follow through on unusual orders or requests for service or information.
Request service maintenance or repair of equipment and remove any faulty equipment from service.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Perform site calibration of testing equipment per manufacturers recommendations and company policy.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures.
Work in collaboration with members of Armour Safety.
Invoice and accept payment for services, process same and maintain record of transaction for Accounts Receivable including deposits.
Participate in continuing education activities and obtain required contact hours.
Requirements:
Current CPR-HCP Certification.
Certification in drug and alcohol testing an asset (or willingness to complete)
Certification in audiometric and spirometry testing an asset (or willingness to complete)
