Front desk associate provides outstanding service while performing the daily activities of the Front Desk. This includes the completion of check in & checks out, taking reservations, answering phones and handling various guest inquiries, and provides excellent customer service to the guest, always eager to make the guest's stay as memorable as possible.
Able to work Weekends, and Holidays.
Night audit shifts as well.

- Maintain occupancy statistics
- Investigate and resolve complaints and claims
- Arrange services required for guests with special needs
