The Saskatchewan Teachers Federation invites applications for a Senior People Services Analyst at our head office in Saskatoon. This position works in a collaborative environment and is responsible for a wide variety of professional, technical and analytical activities; and assists the managing director in the planning and implementation of people services strategies, programs and services. Assignments may change from time to time depending on the overall needs of the work unit; however, as a human resource generalist, the Senior Analyst shall know and carry out the primary duties assigned to the Senior People Services Officer when required. This position handles highly sensitive and confidential information on a regular basis.  

Candidates are required to have an undergraduate degree with a major focus in human resources or organizational behavior, combined with five to seven years of professional experience handling complex assignments that require expertise in the human resources field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
