Description

Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a Grain Plant Manager in the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for grain plant operations and supervising processing staff to ensure that employees adhere to safety standards
-Maintain the development of the processing department budget while ensuring the costs of the processing plant are well managed
-Improve processing systems to ensure that all production are delivered to budget
-Successfully deliver operating profit and cash flow
- Monitor plant performance and recommend, plan and implement future plant and equipment optimization strategies
-Develop and implement effective training and mentoring programs in accordance with the companys policies.
-Successfully improve and enhance machinery in operation process to enhance productivity

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience
-Minimum of ten years management experience in processing facility
- Strong Budgetary experience is mandatory
