LAND ADMINISTRATOR

About Synergy
Since our inception in 2006, Synergy Land Services Ltd. has been dedicated to providing high-quality land and right-of-way services for projects ranging from large-scale wind and solar, pipeline, power transmission, transportation / infrastructure, upstream oil and gas and mineral acquisition.
Experience
The successful applicant must be qualified with a minimum of three years of working knowledge and experience, outside the classroom environment and preferably within a broker office setting, as follows:
Audit, prepare, review and analyze applicable documents to the acquisition of land and the related regulatory responsibilities
Previous experience and competency in the use of ISC, SPIN, ETS, CORES and Conservation Land Registry
Must be knowledgeable in land practices and acquisition procedures
Experience and accuracy in the preparation of all land-related documentation through to transmittal of completed packages to client, and the compilation / maintenance of client status reports
Proficient in analyzing and interpreting survey plans
Foster the development of internal and external relationships
Document preparation for private and Crown land acquisition
Third-party requests and notifications including road use, crossings and proximities
Compile and enter information into line lists and databases
General administrative office duties
Develop team dynamic and work with regional and branch managers, project managers, land agents, land administrators and clients
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Adobe) special attention will be paid to advanced Excel proficiency
