The Brandt Group of Companies is continuing to grow and expand and is currently seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team.  Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Legal Counsel will provide advice and support to Brandt managers and executives regarding corporate governance, commercial transactions, and acquisitions. Duties will include but are not limited to drafting and reviewing legal and corporate documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice and counsel for the various aspects of the organizations operations.  The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 3 years experience preferably in corporate commercial and real-estate transactions.
