Reporting to the Director, Corporate Governance and Corporate Office, the Corporate Office Administrator is responsible for performing administrative support for the Corporate Office. This responsibility includes scheduling meetings for the President and CEO, as well as booking rooms inside the Administration Office for management and staff use; maintaining daily calendars; composition of general correspondence and development of powerpoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets. This position will also provide front office reception duties, including fielding incoming phone calls; directing clients; printing applicable reports and answering public inquiries. This position will also process approved travel and corporate expense reports. This position maintains the Administration Building supply room, ensuring appropriate inventory of supplies, and office equipment are in working order. Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and service of all copiers. Processes incoming and outgoing mail; courier pickups and deliveries; and sorting of incoming faxes. Performs administrative duties such as but not limited to: typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, and computer input.
