David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an Accounting Administrator for a full time temporary role. This role reports to the Accounting Manager and may lead to a full time opportunity.
The Role:
Account reconciliation
Assisting AP and AR functions- matching batching and coding invoices, invoice entry
Journal Entries
Assist the payroll department for hourly, salary and commissioned employees
Organizing and filing documents
The Ideal Candidate:
3-4 years general knowledge of Accounting
Experience in Great Plains software
Strong organizational and communications skills
Strong computer skills
Great work ethics and positive attitude
Ability to work well in teams and cross functional groups
