Description

PINTER & Associates Ltd. currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Municipal/Civil Engineer in our Municipal Engineering Department, specializing in roads, subdivision development, site work, water/sewer lines, landfills.  The position is available from any of our three Saskatchewan offices (Saskatoon, Regina, or Prince Albert).
Qualifications:
B.Sc.in Civil, Municipal or Infrastructure Engineering
8+ years of experience in municipal services, planning, design and construction activities
Current P. Eng. Registration with a Canadian jurisdiction, or the ability to obtain APEGS registration within 1 year
Direct prior work experience with projects in roads, water/sewer lines, subdivision development, landfills, lagoons, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to function in a team-based environment
Proven ability to work with minimal oversight and demonstrated self-initiative
Extensive prior experience with onsite inspections and assessments of civil engineering projects
Project Management and supervisory skills
Aptitude for general construction methods

Competent in conflict and crisis management
Excellent leadership and human resources management skills
Aptitude to delegate tasks or assign workers to oversee areas of a project
