Responsibilities include:
Inventory Clerk Duties
- Accurately enter daily inventory receipts
- Match entered packing slips to invoices ensure correct product cost
- Maintain purchase order system
- Ensure all inventory is counted annually
- Price Stock
- Filing as required
Office Support Duties (in the absence of the bookkeeper)
- Payroll
- Vendor payments
- Reconcile Daily Sales Report
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries
Cashier Duties (occasionally)
- Greet customers
- Answer phones
- Process sales including handling cash and Moneris payments
- Count floats
- Open tills for the day
Skills and Abilities
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
Experience is an asset but not necessary, as we
will train the successful candidate.
