Human Resource Manager
Melville, SK

Reporting to the General Manager the Human Resources Manager will provide leadership and support to all management and staff. The individual will provide guidance in the development and writing of policies, procedures and best practices in Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and coaching in employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, administration of policies, promoting employee engagement and wellness.

The successful individual must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be approachable by all team members. This generalist position requires strong organizational and planning skills. The ideal candidate will be able to assist and guide managers through conflict resolution processes and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement. The successful candidate must ensure their values align with ours; Excellence, Integrity and Progressive.

Qualifications:
-    Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
-    3  5 years of related experience in Human Resources
-    CPHR Designation is considered an asset
-    Valid drivers license
