The College of Dentistry invites applications from qualified individuals for a full time tenure-track research position.
The successful candidate will have a PhD and post-doctoral experience with a research background in oral health and precision medicine. The successful candidate will possess a proven research track record that includes evidence of research publication and secured external grant funding (preferably Tri-Agency funding). Preference will be given to applicants who hold a professional dental degree (DMD, DDS, BDS).
We are seeking candidates with experience and interests in emerging precision health approaches to disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
Salary bands are: Assistant Professor $93,293 - $112,109; Associate Professor $112,109 $130,925; Full Professor $130,925 - $152,877. Independent of rank, a starting salary above the standard salary bands is possible in rare and exceptional circumstances pursuant to Article 18.2.6.12 of the 2014-2017 USFA Collective Agreement.
