The Bea Fisher Centre Inc. is in need of a full time TEAM LEAD for our Alberta Community Living Program.  

Our candidate must be service oriented, flexible, resourceful, patient, and caring.  Experience working with people with disabilities, including various behaviors would be an asset. The Team Lead is responsible for service delivery to the individuals assigned to their department and ensures that the care entrusted is in accordance with the mission statement.

This is a full-time permanent position which includes rotating shift work to include alternating weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS:
        
Disabilities Studies or Rehabilitation Practitioner Diploma preferred (equivalencies considered).
Behavior Management experience an asset.
Valid Class 5 Driver's License and vehicle required.
Willing to learn to drive wheelchair van.
Personal Care responsibilities required.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Leadership experiences an asset.
Ability to motivate others.
Valid First Aid/CPR certificate.
Strong administration, organization and communication skills.
