CUPBOARD BROTHERS CABINET FACTORY
is looking for a professional who will develop and implement manufacturing processes and equipment to maintain proper product functionality, quality and cost efficiency. Leads the Manufacturing Engineering team and sets objectives and priorities to drive overall continuous improvement and lean principles within the engineering and production departments. Leads innovation and enhances technology used in production to reduce cycle times and improve process reliability. Ensures the engineering team and other departments work together cohesively.  Responsible for accurate production data and information flow. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
    Lead a team by setting priorities that support departmental and company goals, managing projects, and driving positive change in support of better and faster manufacturing processes.
    Create and lead a continuous improvement culture focused on eliminating defects through robust root cause and corrective action activities. Lead innovations to current processes and strive for world class, industry leading manufacturing equipment and processes.
Qualifications,Skills & Requirements:
    Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing Quality and Product and Process Development.
    Advanced ability in problem solving/analysis.
    Advanced ability to develop and design Manufacturing Methods and Procedures.
    Solid PC skills using Microsoft Office software such as Access, Excel, Word
Good written communication and effective organizational skills.
    Strategic thinker who is willing and able to be hands-on at all times.
