Description

Brandt Engineered Products is currently seeking Structural Engineers in Regina.

This position includes the following responsibilities:
Use a combination of 2D/3D CAD and other tools to develop structural designs
Analysis and design of buildings and other civil structures
Prepare conceptual and detailed design calculations, layouts, sketches and specifications
Rehabilitation design for existing structures and foundations
Approval of structural engineering
Produce engineering deliverables that meet Quality, Cost and Schedule requirements.
Site inspections as required
Travel as required by projects.

Qualifications:

Registered P. Eng or eligible for registration with provincial engineering associations
Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering with a specialty in Structural Engineering
5+ years of design experience
Knowledge of Canadian National Building Code and industry practice, regulations and standards
Seismic design experience
Experience with the following: Staad, Autocad, Tekla, Revit
Excellent communication skills  written and verbal
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent work ethic.
