Description

Kelly Panteluk Construction Ltd. (KPCL) is hiring construction labour foremen for work secured around the Lanigan, Saskatoon, Warman/ Martensville, Estevan, Belle Plaine and Coronach areas.

Applicants must have a valid driver license and pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test. Preference is given to candidates with previous experience supervising the installation of large diameter HDPE pipes and culverts.

Key duties include:
A. Actively participating, promoting and engaging others in a culture of safety amongst employees, subcontractors and clients;
B. With direction from the site Superintendent, assisting in the coordination of employees, equipment, materials and subcontractors throughout the project plan;
C. Ensuring compliance with the Employers and Client(s) HSE Program;
D. Directly supervise phases of the project as assigned to ensure tasks are completed safely and as per specifications, must have the ability to interpret drawings and specifications;
E. Working alongside crew and participating in jobsite labour activities as required;
F. Establishing and communicating tasks to ensure all personnel on site clearly understand their respective roles and responsibilities;
G. Listening and carrying out instructions diligently, and speaking up when instructions are unclear, not understood or the hazards are not identified or mitigated;
H. Willingness to travel between jobsites and work overtime when required; and
I. Any other duties as may be assigned by Employer, from time to time.

Other:
- Accommodations and meal services are provided at a temporary work camp for some sites
- Enrollment in hourbank benefits program after the completion of a two-month probationary period
