Frontline Industrial Solutions Ltd. invites applications for the position of Part-Time Office Administrator to partner with our growing team in Saskatoon.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as:
-General office reception duties
-Mail management, electronic and paper based
-AP, AR, base accounting entry, banking, assisting with corporate year end
Prepare and execute payroll including:
-Coordinating timesheets and data entry
-Remittances
-Benefits, GRSP, vacation and wellness time, ROEs, T4s, WCB
Prepare and execute client invoicing including:
-Data entry according to client and/or job contract and/or service agreement
-Final approved invoicing sent to clients
Perform general office management duties such as:
-Maintain and manage to ensure a professional appearance of the office environment
-Management and maintenance of office equipment, service agreements, & supplies
-Corporate vehicle maintenance, logs and fuel activities
-Coordinate and plan office events
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have completed Grade 12 and a Business Administration Certificate Program or Computer Accounting Technician Program or similar program and have at least 5 years of administrative experience. Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks, MS Office, English language and grammar, written and verbal communication skills, discretion and confidentiality is required. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
