Description

Can-Seed Equipment Ltd. is looking for a professional and competitive individual who exceeds in a quick-pace sales environment. As an Inside Sales/Service person, you will provide exceptional customer service and effectively sell products in order to meet customer needs.  This individual will possess a strong work ethic and are a critical link between Can-Seed Equipment Ltd. and its customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mechanically inclined with agricultural experience is a must.
First to answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to customers.
Shared responsibility of all sales of parts for agriculture equipment and responsible to increase part sales.
Assist customers in addressing and resolving part related problems.
Maintain current product knowledge of all equipment, parts, and services available to customers.
Develop new accounts while maintaining existing accounts.
Prepare daily call reports.
Dedication to delivering a high standard of customer service  which involves the identification, locating, pricing of parts, and completion of sales transactions from beginning to end.
Provide follow up with customers and build strong and loyal relationships.
Ability to service seed treating equipment.
Manage inventory and stock levels.
Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
Provide prompt and efficient service to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
Ability to solve problems independently and as a team.
Ability to sell in a fast pace environment under minimal supervision.
Follows all safety procedures.
Perform other duties as required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, SalesForce, & QuickBooks
